Gain a clear understanding of all tools and processes being used for communication, collaboration, and business process automation at your organization. You’ll understand how these align to tools in the Microsoft 365/Office 365 Cloud, and identify benefits and understand risks associated with migrating to the Microsoft Cloud.
We’ll partner with your leadership to create a Modern Workplace Roadmap. This includes Business Goals Interviews, Hopes and Fears Exercises, Technology & Communication Audit, and an Executive Readout. All meetings will be recorded and documented.
The Roadmap is intended to identify opportunity areas for how to better facilitate collaboration, automate business process, or use analytics to inform business decisions. Potential next steps could be things like a Microsoft Teams Pilot, an Intranet Pilot, or an engagement to aid with custom integrations between tools.
We primarily focus on the Office 365 suite of tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. We find these tools paired with the industry standard Word, Excel, and PowerPoint create a strong foundation for a future-thinking organization.
The fee must be paid in full to schedule the project. We currently accept check and ACH payments. After that we’ll reach out with a link to schedule the kickoff meeting, and we’ll be off to the races!
