Why are you different?

Sometimes we get this question. It's a great one, and something you should be asking when making an investment decision.

While we can't speak on behalf of every consulting firm, here's some things we generally find:

We offer a fixed price with a guarantee.

Most consulting organizations will offer to estimate a project based on an hourly rate and an estimated hours effort. We believe this creates a number of incorrect incentives, so we offer fixed fee for a fixed set of outcomes and activities. If you are not happy with our work we are happy to refund you this fee.

We are not trying to sell licenses

Most consulting organizations are attempting to sell licenses for Microsoft. It's one of the ways they continue to be Microsoft Partners and in many cases is how they are directly make money. We believe that you should be maximizing the licenses you already have before you should consider purchasing more licenses. This doesn't mean we won't recommend purchasing more license. It does mean that there is no outside agenda when we make that recommendation.

We are focused on your outcomes, not the technology

We find a lot of consulting organizations talk about the technology first. They are looking to "implement Teams" or "implement Copilot". We are looking to solve your business problem using technology. The technology has to fit. If it doesn't we won't recommend it.
