Clipchamp, Microsoft's browser-based video editor included with Microsoft 365, now supports AI-generated auto captions and transcript export, making it easier to create accessible video content.

Microsoft has updated Clipchamp with AI-powered auto captioning and transcript export. Users can now generate captions automatically from spoken audio in their videos, edit them inline, and export the transcript as a .txt or .srt file. The feature supports over 60 languages.

Available now in Clipchamp for all Microsoft 365 subscribers.
