Microsoft has announced that classic Yammer communities in Viva Engage will be retired in June 2026. After this date, users will no longer be able to post to or view classic communities. All content will remain accessible for 90 days post-retirement for export purposes.
Retirement date: June 30, 2026.

- Audit Active Classic Communities in Viva Engage Admin Center
- Communicate Timeline to Community Owners
- Migrate Active Communities to New Format
