Microsoft is previewing a new Copilot Email Coach feature in Outlook Mobile. When composing or replying to an email, users can tap the Copilot button to receive real-time suggestions on tone, clarity, length, and professionalism. The coach can also rewrite sections on request.
Available in preview on iOS and Android for M365 Copilot license holders.

Our Take
This is the right call, but Microsoft is underselling how disruptive it'll be. Users have built years of muscle memory around that Chat / Teams split — expect a wave of support tickets the week it lands. Get ahead of it with a quick communication to your users before it shows up, not after.
