All sales of digital products, including online courses, guides, and downloadable materials, are considered final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns or refunds once access has been granted, except under the limited circumstances outlined below.

Course Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes a course may not be the right fit. To provide peace of mind, we offer a conditional refund policy:

  • Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, and
  • The student must have completed no more than 20% of the course content at the time of the request.

Requests that do not meet both conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations
